New Year's Eve Champagne selection

During the festivus season, we are reminded of our affinity for the bubbly! Is there any beverage that pairs as perfectly with as many foods and creates an instant celebratory feeling as Champers !? If we could only have one drink, it would for sure be Champagne and all it’s cousins who are not from the Champagne region but are almost as good ! Champagne is equally perfect by the pool in Palm Springs as it is in the Alps on New Year’s Eve.
