One small watermelon (or 1/2 of a medium, 1/4 of a big one)
Olive oil, balsamic cream
Place the mozzarella into a bowl, toss with the oil and balsamic cream, set aside for 30 min. Cut the watermelon into bites, wash the basil leaves. Use toothpicks and put them together.
Enjoy with a bottle of chilled rosé wine!
