Séverine's signature cocktail

The Spritz is my favorite cocktail and an absolute classic in Italy...

It's a wine-based drink served all over Italy but is originally from the Veneto region (Venice), in the norther part of the country.

Spritz cocktail

You need:

4 cl Campari / 2 ounces (or Apérol if you like it sweeter-my favorite)

6 cl / 3 ounces Prosecco or white wine splash of sparkling water orange slice

Serve chilled, typically on a warm evening and enjoy!
